We track the price of every racket in 8 stores daily. Here is what 195,874 prices collected between March 19 and August 10, 2026 say: when rackets really drop in price, which ones, and by how much.
Price index over the 674 rackets with a price for all six months (each racket's average = 100). The drop is concentrated between June and July. This index and the -5.4% in the next section are not the same measure: here we average the index of 674 rackets present in all six months; there, the individual change of 825 rackets between March and August.

From March to August, across 825 comparable rackets: 441 drop more than 5%, 256 stay flat and 128 rise. The average change is -5.4%, but the split is very uneven.

Right now, of 2,048 in-stock listings across the stores we track, 1,209 (59%) advertise a discount, with a stated average of 37.6%. 529 advertise 40% or more. The discount is calculated on the price the store states, not on what the racket actually cost — which is why we track the history.
We record the price of 1,321 rackets in 8 stores several times a day (PadelNuestro, PadelMarket, TiendaPadelPoint, Smash Padel, Decathlon, PadelProShop, Forum Sport and LOK). The price analyzed is each day's best available price across all stores: the real market price, not the recommended one. Indexes are normalized per racket so the result doesn't depend on which rackets enter or leave the catalog.
The window covers March 19 to August 10, 2026 (March and August are partial); "yearly low" means the low for that window. Brand is derived from the racket's identifier. The data reflects online stores in the Spanish and European market.
